Boulder Granola Peach Crisp
4-5 cups fresh peaches
1 cup Boulder Granola
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
1 stick melted butter
Slice peaches and place in a 9 x 13 glass pan.
Mix together the flour, granola, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter to make crumbs.
Spread over the peaches.
Bake uncovered for about 45 minutes at 350 degrees, until golden brown.
Serve with ice cream and eat ’till you can’t eat no mo’.
You can use apples, plums, pears or berries instead of peaches too!
